Slingshot Hip Hop had its NY premiere on April 5th and 6th at the 2008 New Directors/New Films festival. It was presented by the Film Society of Lincoln Center and the Museum of Modern Art. We had a great time, the crowd was awesome and both screenings were sold out! Abeer was there along with many of the people who worked on the film.
